HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can cancel the goods within 30 days without giving reasons.

We ask that you treat any products you wish to return with care and leave them unused and unopened. Please fill out our return form and include it with the return. To ensure safe shipping, we recommend that you use the same packaging in which you received the goods. Then please send the package back with the return slip we created.

You have to pay the costs for the return.

WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE PRICE BE REFUNDED?
After receipt of the return, we will immediately check its condition and, if the check is positive, refund the corresponding amount to the payment method or account used for the purchase. This should be done within ten days of receipt of the goods.
